This is a full-color book of 240 pages describing a hundred courses around Grenoble with a general location map of all canyons inside the cover. The index allows to quickly find all the sites and each canyon has a detailed location map to locate each canyon.
Each canyon is featured on a double page including:
- The main information such as travel time, interest, difficulty, the recommended time to practice, the characteristics of the canyon, the municipalities crossed, rope length required.
- Regulations applicable to each site.
- Description of any hydroelectric facilities that may be present on the course.
